Oskar Blues Launches in Vermont
For all you Dale's Pale Ale fans out there, we are excited to announce that the Oskar Blues 'Canned Beer Apocalypse' has finally hit the Green Mountain State! As of February 9th, you can now find these delicious offerings in six-packs at beverage centers and on tap at your local watering holes.
In addition to Dale's, we will have a variety of their other lip-smacking brews available, including G'Knight, Ten Fidy and the brand new Pinner Throwback Session IPA (on draft now and in six-packs in the weeks to come)! Be sure to check our EVENTS page for some kick-off parties taking place this week that will feature Pinner as well as some special OB rarities!
Founded in Lyons, Colorado in 2002, Oskar Blues is known by craft beer enthusiasts everywhere for their famous 'Dale's Pale Ale'...AKA, the 'voluminously hopped mutha'. Not only did hop-a-licious brew with an incredibly rich malty backbone, 65 IBUs and 6.5% abv, knock the socks off beer fans, but it changed the way people perceived canned beer and instantly carved a place for itself in fridges and beer coolers across the country.
Over the years, the OB team has added a killer assortment of other brews to their lineup such as the crisp and refreshing Mama's Little Yella Pils, the sweet and smokey Old Chub, and the imperial hop bomb, G'Knight. Demand for these tasty suds has grown so much over the past decade, that Oskar Blues opened a second facility in Brevard, North Carolina in 2012. Both breweries are located in towns focused around outdoor recreation, which makes their super portable canned beer a win-win for cyclists, campers and skiers alike....making them a perfect fit for Vermonters as well!
So get on out there and enjoy a delicious OB brew today! Cheers!
