WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE OUR NEWEST PARTNERSHIP WITH NIGHT SHIFT BREWING!
"It’s a mindset that’s been with us since 2012, when we turned our nocturnal homebrewing hobby into Night Shift Brewing. It’s also our promise to you — to craft better beverages and experiences no matter where our journey takes us.
We brew sustainable, transparent, and insanely delicious hard kombucha.
It all started as we were wandering the aisles of our local grocery store. There was a sustainable, transparent option in nearly every consumer category – except alcohol. This led us to ask: why do we know so much about the food we eat, but so little about the alcohol we drink? With no solid answers in sight, we grew frustrated by the lack of honest, transparent alcohol brands catering to our healthy, active lifestyles. So, we decided to start our own.
Collective Arts Brewing likes to play with all things brewed and distilled. Their latest “sandbox” creation is their Sparkling Hard Teas. After experimenting with them for a while, these teas are sticking around!
Collective Arts wanted to make a ‘better-for-you’ beverage while sticking to their roots and focusing on quality and creativity. These teas are made with nothing but real botanicals, there’s no sugar added and they are low in calories.
Tropical and bright with a full palate of flavor and a potency designed with moderation in mind, Jai Low IPA lowers the intensity of a typical India Pale Ale while maintaining the highest quality and hop flavor possible. All the qualities found in the finest IPAs, including citrus aromas and flavors, bread-like maltiness and a moderate, snappy bitterness are found, making this beer a deceptively tempered addition to Cigar City Brewing’s line-up of hop-forward creations.
Winter Blend pairs well with deep sofas, warm blankets, and a crackling fire. Our winter offering starts with fresh apple cider. It is fermented with our ale yeast and aged on toasted oak chips, cinnamon bark, and nutmeg. Not overwhelming on the spice, Winter Blend finishes clean – with enough kick for a cold winter night.
