Conor has worked at Craft Vermont since the company’s inception in 2011. Prior to working for Craft VT, Conor’s story in craft beer began while bartending in college at the famous Sunset Grill in Allston, MA, where he realized the joy in sharing craft beer with others. After moving to Vermont, a state with an already booming craft beer business, he moved to the distribution side of the business and eventually accepted the role of VT Market Manager with the Sheehan Family Companies. Since then, he has overseen the company growth from 2 people in 2011 to the nearly 40 who work at Craft VT today. Conor lives in NW Vermont with his wife and 2 dogs.

Matt has worked for the Sheehan Family Companies since 2013, first as a sales person at Craft Brewers Guild MA, in 2015 he moved to VT as a sales person. He’s held multiple positions in the sales department over the years from area manager to sales supervisor and is currently the sales manager for Craft VT.

Justin has worked for CraftVT since 2017. He has held multiple roles at the company, including Sales Representative, Key Account Manager, and Sales Supervisor. Currently, he is the Area Sales Manager for Northern Vermont. In addition to his work with CraftVT, Justin has prior experience in retail sales and management.

Grady joined the Sheehan Family Companies in 2019 with Craft New York where he held roles as a route jumper and sales representative. He transferred to Craft Vermont in 2022, and is now the Area Sales Manager for Central and Southern Vermont. Before joining the Sheehan Family Companies, Grady worked in bar and restaurant management in Southern Vermont and Chicago, Illinois. He attended the University of Albany where he earned a bachelors degree in political science, and then the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts where he obtained an MBA in business strategy. Outside of work, Grady is a musician and lives in southern Vermont with his wife and their two dogs- Ziggy and Yahtzee.

Nick began at CraftVT as a Sales Representative in 2020 with experience mostly in the retail side of the industry. After a brief time away in 2022, he returned to the company as a Sales Analyst/Office Admin.

Daniel brings more than 20 years of logistics, transportation and home delivery experience to the Sheehan Family. Daniel joined the Sheehan team in October 2022 as an Operations Manager at the Craft Vermont location. Prior to joining Craft Vermont, Daniel spent the last 8 years with Cardinal Logistics as a Senior Operations Manager servicing several large accounts within the Third Party Logistics business model.
